Responsibilities:

  • Management is responsible for providing and maintaining a safe work environment, including implementing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.

  • Employees are responsible for following all safety guidelines, reporting hazards or incidents, and participating in safety training.

Risk Management:

  • We conduct regular risk assessments to identify workplace hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.

  • Emergency procedures are in place to respond to accidents, injuries, and other emergencies.

Training & Awareness:

  • All employees receive training on workplace health and safety policies and procedures relevant to their roles.

  • We promote a culture of safety awareness through ongoing communication, training, and reinforcement.

Continuous Improvement:

  • We regularly review and update our health and safety policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective and compliant with relevant regulations.

Compliance:

  • WHS Rescue complies with all applicable workplace health and safety laws and regulations in New South Wales, Australia.
